Fun Entertainment Options

During our visit, I discovered that each unit had a DVD rental option through the front desk. It was such a great touch to have access to free DVDs, allowing us to enjoy cozy movie nights in our unit. Relaxing Indoor Pool

The indoor pool was a hidden gem at Mountain Retreat! I took advantage of it on a few chilly afternoons. It provided a lovely and relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. The small jacuzzi next to the pool added to the overall chill vibe, and it felt great to soak while listening to the soothing sounds of water. It was the perfect way to rejuvenate during my stay.

Fun for the Kids

Traveling with kids can be a challenge, but Mountain Retreat made it easy! The resort had an array of activities suitable for children. My kids loved the snowy hill nearby, perfect for sledding, and the resort even provided free snow toys. They also enjoyed the family-friendly movie nights hosted in the clubhouse. It made our stay enjoyable and nice for the whole family!

My stay at Mountain Retreat Resort was truly delightful, nestled in a peaceful area of the California High Sierra. The activities were great for families, and I especially enjoyed the scenic golf course. The only downside was the kitchen, which could have been better equipped for cooking. Overall, it’s a fantastic place if you're looking for a tranquil getaway with lots of outdoor activities nearby.

I had an amazing time at the Mountain Retreat Resort! The area is stunning, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby, like the giant Sequoias and a warm lake for boating. The resort itself is lovely, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. However, I think a few updates would really enhance the overall experience. The staff was wonderfully welcoming and organized fun themed nights, which added a nice touch to our stay.
